Stephen
G. Derges
- is pastor of Bridgnorth Baptist Church and one
of the founders of Lifting Jesus Higher. Stephen has written a series
of books under the generic name of "Bitesize Beliefs"
and
also regularly writes for the Bridgnorth Journal as well as contributing
occasionally to the Cross Rhythms website. Stephen also contributes
to UCB's Prayer for Today publication.
He is also founder and chairman of the Bridgnorth Children's Festival
which since its first event in 2006 has grown to be the largest free
entry family-based Festival in the West Midlands

Mark
Savill - is a worship leader and preacher based at Market
Drayton Methodist Church. In addition to being part of the worship
team at their church (which has led worship at Easter People on numerous
occasions), Mark and his wife Alison also lead the North Shropshire
Methodist Youth Choir. Formed it 1993, the choir continues
to perform and lead worship all over the country. Mark is also part
of the organising team of “at7”, a bi-monthly
contemporary worship event in Market Drayton and a Commercial Banking
Manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland based in Stoke-on-Trent

Mervyn
Smith - a businessman from Highley
We
are also indebited to Liz Barnes from Market
Drayton who originally had the vision for the Shropshire Prayer
Breakfast and Janet
Wilcoxon from Bishops Castle who was also a member of the
original organising team, for their help and support in previous
years.
We
believe wholeheartedly in praying for local communities and especially
for the county of Shropshire including Telford & Wrekin
